Just exactly what is Hearsay and what isn't? Hearsay is probably the most misunderstood area of Evidence. Just because a third party said it doesn't mean its hearsay. Learn to recognize hearsay and some techniques to get third-party statement into evidence. The exceptions to Hearsay are covered by another course.
